General
Name - self-explanatory
Age - the age of what your gem appears to be, and their actual age
Species - gem (please do not make a human character, or human-gem hybrid just yet)
Pronoun Preference - they | her (preferably given that Gems are supposed to use these pronouns as it is proper due to the Steven Universe world)
Status - Single | Taken
Allegiance - Homeworld | Earth (Consider this carefully as your character’s standing will play a major role in the plot later, and understand that even if the individual Gem resides on earth, they don’t have to be loyal against to Earth – they can still find themselves obedient to the Diamond Authority)
Appearance
(An added image is appropriate)
Gem Location – self-explanatory, the location of where a character's gem is.
Height – self-explanatory
Weight – self-explanatory
Hair Color - self-explanatory
Hair Style - self-explanatory (long, straight, short, curly, cropped, etc.)
Eye Color - self-explanatory
Basics
Weapon – the weapon a Gem summons; can be offensive or defensive.
Fighting Style (Optional) – the fighting style of a Gem
Dance Style (Optional) – the dance style a Gem performs when completing a fusion dance.
Abilities – can be a maximum of three, these are the abilities a gem possesses like transformation, flight, hydrokinesis, etc. (no overpowered characters, however)
Inventory – a character can start off with two small items, but each must be provided a detailed description.
Statistics - determine standings in fight and such feats involving certain stats (start off with 25 points to add to each category; you may gain 15 more points with each level you gain in the forum boards)

Strength - (aids in battling against enemies; higher the strength, better the advantage)
Defense - (aids in battling against enemies; higher the defense, the more hits one can shrug off)
Intelligence - (higher the intelligence, the easier it is to notice details and lies)
Dexterity - (aids in battling against enemies; higher the dexterity, easier one has in motor skills, and wielding weapons)
Prowess - (aids in battling against enemies, or standing up for beliefs; the higher the prowess, the easier it is to shrug off insult or persuasion)
Personality
Likes – self-explanatory, what your character likes.
Dislikes – self-explanatory, what your character hates.
Personality – minimum of 150 words and 5 traits
History – minimum of 500 words
Relationships – anyone who you met during roleplay. Whether they are a stranger, acquaintance, friend, enemy or lover, describe the relationship with them here.
Fusion Partners – state what other Gem comprises a Fusion you have done, what the name of that Fusion is, and who controls it during Roleplay (also provide a link to the fusion's application)
Fusion (Do not add if your character is not a fusion) – state which two gems comprise the Fusion if the character is a permanent fusion.
